FAQ

Common Questions About Working With Us

Do you sign NDAs before initial conversations?
Yes, if required. For government, classified, or commercially sensitive discussions, we can execute a mutual NDA before a detailed technical briefing.
Do you work with organisations outside the EU and UAE?
Yes. While our incorporated entities are in the Netherlands and UAE, we work with clients globally. Our work is particularly relevant to organisations in South Asia, Africa, and Southeast Asia who want infrastructure outside US-jurisdiction cloud providers.
What size organisations do you typically work with?
Medium-to-large organisations — typically those with 500+ employees, dedicated IT teams, and infrastructure complexity that warrants a purpose-built private cloud. We do not target the SME managed-hosting market.
How quickly can you start an engagement?
Typically within 2-4 weeks of a scoping agreement. We maintain a small team of senior engineers and do not take on more concurrent engagements than we can serve with full attention.
Can you work with our existing procurement process?
Yes. We are experienced with government and enterprise procurement frameworks, including EU public tender requirements, UAE government procurement processes, and framework agreements.
Do you provide a free initial assessment?
We provide a free initial technical call (30-60 minutes) to understand your environment and determine whether there is a good fit. More detailed assessments are scoped and priced separately. We do not do "free assessments" that are thinly veiled sales pitches.
